Good questions
How long does a detail take?
An Interior Reset runs about an hour and a half. A Full Detail is usually 2–3 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We confirm your arrival window by text.
Do you need my water or power?
For now, yes — we tap into an outdoor water spigot and a standard power outlet at your home or office, and bring everything else ourselves. Fully self-contained water & power is coming soon.
Do you do boats and RVs?
Yes: cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, and RVs. Larger rigs are priced by size when you book.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. After the work, once you've walked the car with us, you pay however suits you — card, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. You can save a card during booking (it isn't charged then) so there's nothing to sort out on the day; Stripe holds those details, we never see them.
What if my plans change?
Text us at (801) 971-7574 and we'll move your appointment. Rescheduling is easy; weather does it to us too.
